Association workshop
Valentina Angelucci is a doctoral student of Sacred Liturgy at the Pontifical Liturgical Institute, assistant professor of Comparative Liturgy at the same university, and lecturer at the ISSR “G. Toniolo” in Pescara. She contributes to various journals on liturgical pastoral care and liturgical science, is assistant editor of the journal Ecclesia Orans, and is also editor of the liturgical-pastoral section of Edizioni San Paolo. Since 2013, she has managed the Facebook page “La stola non è un optional, neanche sotto la casula” (The stole is not optional, even under the chasuble), which has more than 17,000 followers.
Monsignor Claudio Magnoli was born in Ferno (Varese) in 1957. He was ordained priest in 1982 by Cardinal Carlo Maria Martini. In 2001 he obtained his doctorate in Liturgy and has been headed the Diocesan Service since 2009. He is Canon of the Chapter of the Metropolitan Basilica of Milan Cathedral. He has been president of the Pontifical Institute of Sacred Music since 2015.
Monsignor Claudio Antonio Fontana was born in Sesto San Giovanni on May 15, 1967. He was originally from the parish of San Giovanni Battista in Monza (where he is currently a honorary Canon). He has been an Ambrosian priest for 25 years, and was ordained by Cardinal Carlo Maria Martini in the Duomo on June 13, 1992. He is both a liturgist and expert in ancient texts. In 2010 he obtained his Licentiate and in 2016 a Doctorate in Theology from the Institute of Pastoral Liturgy of the Abbey of Santa Giustina in Padua, incorporated into the Pontifical Athenaeum of Sant'Anselmo in Rome. He is now also a lecturer at that same institute. Monsignor Fontana has been a collaborator of the Diocese's Liturgical Pastoral Service since 2009 and since 2012, he has been both Prefect and Master of Ceremonies of the Ambrosian Church and Milan Cathedral - the latter task involving the preparation and conduct of rites in the cathedral and responsibility for the two sacristies. He is also a minor canon of the Metropolitan Chapter, ecclesiastical assistant to the "Santa Marta Association for Hospitality and Ceremonial" and the "San Galdino Association for Liturgical Service in the Cathedral". He is currently also secretary of the Archbishop of Milan, Mario Enrico Delpini.
Sr. M. Emmanuela Viviano is a nun belonging to the Congregation of the Pious Disciples of the Divine Master, residing in Rome, at Via Portuense 739 – 00148 ROME.She obtained a Master's Degree in Religious Sciences from the Pontifical Gregorian University with a thesis entitled: “The chasuble and stole: vestments proper to the priest.”At the same university, she obtained a Master's Degree in Educational Sciences (a three-year summer school affiliated with the Institute of Psychology).At the Pontifical Liturgical Institute of Sant'Anselmo in Rome, she obtained a Licentiate in Liturgy with a thesis entitled: “The ministry of the reader in the liturgy. Pre- and post-conciliar historical and theological-liturgical analysis.”She is currently the director of the liturgical formation and information magazine “La Vita in Cristo e nella Chiesa” (Life in Christ and in the Church) published by the Pious Disciples of the Divine Master.She conducts liturgical formation courses for lectors, sacristans, extraordinary ministers of communion, and floral art courses for the liturgy in various Italian dioceses. She is involved in liturgical-musical animation and formation both within and outside the Institute.In 2017, she was elected councilor of the CAL (Center for Liturgical Action) and reconfirmed in 2022 for a second five-year term. She is a member of the Council of the National Liturgical Office of the CEI for the sector of liturgical pastoral care and magazines.
