WAITING FOR THE RESURRECTION.
Spaces and words of the Christian memory
MONDAY, 20 JUNE 2022
10.00 am | Bologna Fiere | Spazio Arena
It will be held the first meeting of the second day of DEVOTIO LAB, focusing on a question: how much is Resurrection still present in the spaces and words characterizing cemeteries?
Trying to understand the current religious or pseudo-religious trends leads to reflect on the signs and messages transmitted by images, words and cemeteries.
A Christian pastoral reflection can be made analyzing the current situation and comparing the experiences of Christian communities living in places where there are other predominant religious groups. A reflection focusing on the opportunity and the possibility for the Church to start "diversifying" her own spaces and cemetery images "offer" to highlight her characteristics compared to other religions and make the approach of the above-mentioned spaces lead to the announcement of the resurrection of Christ.
The conference is in Italian
