Exhibitors Interview 2026

Anima Campania
Experts in digital modeling

Raffaele Del Giudice's interview, owner

Can you briefly introduce us your company and your production?
Anima Campania is an artistic workshop born from the meeting of traditional sculpture and technological innovation. We work in material modeling, classical sculpture and painting, alongside digital modeling, 3D scanning and 3D printing, applied in particular to sacred art. Our production includes original artworks, restoration projects and large-scale replicas for both indoor and outdoor settings, created using any type of material. Each project is conceived as a dialogue between artisanal craftsmanship and the possibilities offered by digital technologies, always in respect of the spiritual identity of the artwork.

How do you asses the current situation and future prospects of the Italian market for religious articles?
The Italian market for religious art and devotional articles is undergoing a phase of transformation. Alongside a strong and deeply rooted tradition, there is a growing demand for quality, customization and the preservation of existing heritage. We believe the outlook is positive for those realities capable of combining artistic expertise, iconographic knowledge and new technologies, offering tailor-made solutions that respect the devotional dimension. In this context, innovation becomes a tool at the service of tradition, not a denial of it.

The fifth edition of Devotio is approaching. What do you expect from this fair?
Devotio represents a fundamental event for us: a meeting place for artists, artisans, commissioners and industry professionals, united by a shared vision of sacred art. We expect an authentic exchange based on dialogue, the sharing of experiences and the creation of new collaborations. It is also a valuable opportunity to present our approach and to show how technology can become a tool for safeguarding, enhancing and ensuring continuity in religious tradition.

Will you be presenting anything new at Devotio 2026? What might that be?
At Devotio 2026, we will primarily present a vision: an idea of classical art capable of engaging with the present through a modern and conscious use of new technologies. We will showcase an approach that combines traditional sculpture with digital modeling, 3D scanning and 3D printing—tools we use to expand creative possibilities rather than to standardize them. Our goal is to offer fully customized works, developed around the client’s needs and the specific devotional context, in clear opposition to serial productions lacking artistic identity. We believe innovation should serve to restore value to the artwork, ensuring quality, iconographic coherence and sustainability, also from a cost perspective. At Devotio, we will present concrete examples of how tradition and technology can coexist, giving life to unique, authentic works deeply connected to their spiritual meaning.
