VIOLA AGOSTINO

I am an artist who graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Macerata in 1985 and currently works on artistic sacred furnishings for churches.

PAINTING AND SCULPTURE
My main activity is therefore painting and sculpture projects to create or renovate artistic furnishings for churches.

GOLDSMITH
Being also an expert goldsmith, I also create sacred furnishings in precious metals, such as chalices, patens, monstrances, bishop's pectoral crosses, bishop's rings/seals, etc., customized to the priest's ideas or wishes.

STAINED GLASS WINDOWS (drawings and projects)
I have also designed stained glass windows, which I have subsequently had created by my collaborators, master glassmakers.

RESTORATION
Having various technical experience, I'm also able to restore polychrome devotional statues and sacred furnishings in precious metals: I've given new life to chalices, ciboria, and monstrances that were no longer usable.
