The Cantine Intorcia reflect a timeless story, where passion and dedication have allowed for the continuation of an everlasting narrative. Standing out for the production of Marsala, they combine tradition and innovation,  convinced that the time has come to give new strength to Marsala DOC, a symbol of an invaluable heritage with deep roots in the history of a city that bears its name. 
The vineyards are located in two areas particularly suited for the production of Grillo grapes, despite a significant diversity in microclimates and soils. To the north of Marsala, the vineyards in the Stagnone area, in close  proximity to the sea, foster the production of grapes with a pronounced salinity, giving the wines greater freshness and liveliness. In contrast, the lands to the south, in Contrada Casale, located up to 250 meters above sea level, favor the production of grapes that yield elegant wines with heightened aromatic complexity. This combination of altitudes and marine influences allows us to create wines that fully express the richness and diversity of the Marsala terroir.
For over 50 years, we have been committed to the production of fortified and still wines for the celebration of Mass, prepared, bottled, and sealed in accordance with the provisions of Canon 924 § 3 of the Code of Canon Law, under the supervision of the Director of the Liturgical Office of the Diocese of Mazara del Vallo.
